Julia Julia Wright was formerly Assistant Director of the South West Provincial Employers Organisation, before leaving to set up her own training consultancy in February 2001. Julia’s career in local government started over 30 years ago, and she has worked for two County Councils and a Health Authority.

Julia specialises in elected member development and has been delivering training and development workshops since 1987. Since becoming a freelance training consultant she has worked with over 200 client organisations, representing all levels of local government and the third sector. Julia has a proven track record of providing practical, high quality, training and development events for both councillors and officers.
